What is an Employee Asistance Program?

EAP provides confidential counselling, coaching and support for employees and their immediate family members, for work and life issues. These include issues at work or home such as conflict, performance, stress, relationships, communication, drug and alcohol abuse, grief and loss, self-esteem and confidence.


The style of counselling is confidential, informal, friendly and focused on the needs of the individual. It can be provided face-to-face or over the telephone, or video via Skype whichever is more convenient.


All our EAP consultations are strictly confidential, we do not share information about the employee with anyone unless authorised to do so by the employee in writing or if required under Australian Law.
