What is a Food Coach?

A Food Coach is a nutritionist who not only gives advice on a healthy diet but also coaches a client to success.

A Food Coach is someone who coaches clients to reach their goals via a healthy eating plan. Those goals may vary from person to person, however (like a Sports Coach) in all cases a Food Coach is there beside you helping you along with support, information and practical advice.

Your Food Coach will be there every step of your weight management program to motivate you, cheering you on and ensure you each your weight loss goals.

An individual Food Coaching session starts at $65 for a 1 hour consult.

Executive Coaching

These interactions can be face-to-face, by telephone, and combined with team meetings as required.
